In today's world I feel it is so important to assign your time carefully to the things that serve you the most. Not only your time, but also your energy, your focus and your love.
So many horrible stories about people who do terrible things to others, to animals, to our earth. I feel it is pointless to grant them any more of our energy and focus when there is so much more magic happening around us that we could celebrate.
