Laughter Yoga is:
- Laughing yoga is the art of laughing for absolutely no reason, for every reason there is; for your own inner peace, health, wellbeing and the world's. - Strawberry
- A unique exercise routine that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (PRANAYAMA)
- A phenomenon started by Dr. Madan Kataria, of Mumbai, India in 1995
- A worldwide movement has blossomed into six thousand laughter clubs throughout sixty countries.
Shared around the world, Ana Strawberry has led hundreds of workshops and Laughing Yoga sessions during her travels in Australia, Europe, Mexico and New Zealand.

Events go on for about one hour or a bit longer depending on the needs.
Ana works as the facilitator and the secessions are divided into five stages;
- Introduction: "What is Laughing Yoga? and who are you?" an explanation on the health, psychological, physical and spiritual, benefits of laughter; a brief introduction of the group.
- Warm up: an arrangement of attractive and easy to follow short exercises that will get everyone going.
- Connection: We invite our inner child to come out and play and move to a more creative and theatrical collection of laughing exercises which involve everyone and facilitate more chuckles and giggles which will have everyone laughing of their chairs ready to start rolling around on the floor.
- Laughter Meditation: an opportunity to laugh and let go
- Breath, relax, reflect and farewell.
